The mental care that was mentioned by Mallika was BAMC and her husband Vardhan has been working in it for a long time and he has enough intimacy with Charles and Rose also. When he explained about the problem of Susmitha and Pallav whatever he had heard from his wife Mallika, Charles could guess something even it would not have been exactly the cause. Because of his intimacy with Vardhan he readily agreed to give appointment the next day evening and he said to Vardhan that wife of the Pallav also needed to be consulted and talked with and Vardhan agreed to it without thinking much about it. But Charles knew that a girl could not discuss such matters with a male doctor and he asked Rose to talk with Susmitha at the same the next day while he was talking with Pallav and Rose readily agreed to it.
On the evening of that day both Pallav and Susmitha went to the BAMC in their car and it has not become difficult to them at all to meet Vardhan there. Vardhan made them sit in the visiting hall, went into Charles chamber and told him about the same. Charles told him that he shall see Pallav and Rose deal with Susmitha and when Pallav and Susmitha came to know that arrangement so, they felt very much happy as they need not talk with opposite sex doctor about their problem.
“It is my husband not I who has been facing the problem, what you really want to talk with me I cannot understand!” once after comfortably settled in the chair opposite to Rose, Susmitha said with little irritation in her face and few gathered frowns on her forehead.
“Why you are thinking that it is absolutely only your husband’s problem?” Rose laughed and leaned back in the chair. “In most of the cases there will be wives part also equally in the failure of sexual intercourse.”
“You can observe me if you want, there is physically no wrong with me.” Susmitha angrily said. “Whose fault it is if he cannot do that even after I have given him full chance?”
“You start telling me everything by saying your name.” Rose adjusted for more comfort in the chair. “Don’t omit anything. When first you have tried, after that till date how many times you have tried, what is exactly happening?”
“My name is Susmitha.” Susmitha said “I cannot explain all that to you, how can I? Can anyone discuss about their sexual matters like that with another person? Moreover when I am hundred percent perfect without any problem, why do I tell about them?”
“It is I who has to decide where there is any problem with you, or not, not yourself.” With firmness Rose said. “If necessary I sure do make a physical examination also but I think I can decide whether there is any fault in you or not just by hearing you. If you seriously want a solution to a problem, you must tell everything. In case you don’t do that, there would be no use in your husband taking suggestions and treatment from the other doctor.”
“I sincerely want a solution to my problem.” Suddenly there was a determined expression in her face. “Just fifteen days are passed after our marriage. We both have talked many things before we indulge ourselves in that. He appeared all perfect I can say and I did not see any doubt in him whether he could do that or not. But when he tried to do that to me, it did not happen at all.”
“What that did not happen? Can you be more specific?”
“He just could not put his thing into mine.” Susmitha’s cheeks were fully blushed while she was seeing that.
“Did you see his penis then? Was it erected and strong at that time?”
“Yes, I saw his penis. It was fully erected and strong! Rather big thing I must say.”
“Did you held it with your hand and tried to put it into yours or you left it to him?”
“I left it to him....” Susmitha’s cheeks could not have become more red. “....he could manage the gap with his fingers between my vaginal lips also. “I see” when Susmitha paused Rose nodded her head and said.

“Of course, yes.” As she could not see straight into the face of Rose, Susmitha hung her head.

“What does that mean?” Susmitha knitted her brows together.
“His thing erects, it stands up. It does not remain flaccid and flat all the time.”
“But why it was so everytime afterwards?” still Susmitha’s brows were knitted.
“We come to it later. First let me get clarified on two important things, one, you have no experience in that before that day and it was very first time to you.”
“Yes, of course.” Susmitha nodded her head. “It was very first time to me. Anyhow how can you expect a girl to have experience in that before her marriage?”
“So many girls do have that experience long before their marriage and having sex together is so common a thing in now a day youth. Anyhow I don’t want to comment anything on that.” Rose once again stooped in her chair, placed her both arms on the table in between still looking into the face of Susmitha. “It was very first time to him also, did he say like that to you?”
“Yes, he said so.” Susmitha’s face was filled with irritation. “And I believe him hundred percent. I don’t think that he can do it to any other girl also.”
“So as your husband failed like that then and cannot manage his thing to get up afterwards, you are thinking that the problem is absolutely his and you have no part at all to play in the failure of your sex together.”
“Is it is not so then? In which way I deserve blame for that?” Susmitha was vehement.
“I say something very important here. There is no impotency in male. If there is no hundred percent cooperation from the female, most of the times it becomes an absolute failure.”
“I said that I cooperated with him to the maximum. I offered it to him opening it wide. What’s more I should do?” Susmitha raged.
“Tell me one thing! When he burst like that and could not make his thing up again did you say anything to him, did you scold him?”
Susmitha did not say anything.
“I asked you a question and you have to answer it.”
“Of course, yes.” With the same angry tone Susmitha said. “I called him eunuch and said to him that he could not do that at all at any time. I became very much frustrated and could not remain without bursting like that. Any girl in my place behaves just so and what it has to do with his problem?”
Rose laughed and leaned back in the chair. “I agree with you. Even I were in your place, I would have behaved just like you. But here you need to understand one main concept here. On girl’s part, unless they have been suffering from frigidity, they just can offer their thing to the mates and remain passive. But it is not so to the male. At the first time, in more than ninety percent cases, they get their release before they put their thing into vagina. Once they released, it is indeed something painful to get their things up.”
Susmitha remained silent like that while Rose gave a small pause.
“I will tell you the other main thing here. If the men are ridiculed, insulted when it has happened like that, it develops tension and anxiety in them. Then they never can make their things up if they start feeling tension and anxiety and it has happened just like that in your husband’s case.”
Still Susmitha did not prefer to say anything but Rose’s saying like that put her into some thinking.
“I can understand how the subsequent attempts for it between you both in the later on days. You have offered yourself in the same way of course but while scolding him and ridiculing him all the time in the same way. Every time he just felt the tension and anxiety which he felt at his first failure therefore it was a failure like that every time. Now tell me, can you say there is no fault on your part for the grand failure of your both sexual affairs?”
There was ample change in the facial expression of Susmitha insinuating there was such change in the heart of her also. “I....I....just could not think in this way before.”
“It is just because you cannot understand the sexual attitude in men which differs from women. You both are still at the very beginning and it is very lucky thing you people came to us now itself. You need not blame yourself and blame him. What all he needs from you is encouragement! I am not going to say that it would be a success the next time you both try it if you encourage him with a changed attitude. But with your changed attitude and encouragement it certainly works out between you both very soon.”
“Really I understood doctor.” A smile was forced onto the lips of Susmitha. “I will be positive with him and encourage him.”
“He always felt strong sexual urges and got good erections all the time until that moment and felt so confident he just can do that to the best of your satisfaction. But when with over excitement he failed like that and you scolded him so, he developed maximum fear and tension in him. He has been taking his counselling at the other doctor and if he has put that into practice, it will be very much joyful experience to you both the next time itself.”
“Okay doctor.” The smile was just so on the lips Susmitha and she said. “Now I understood why you people have said I also should be talked with. If you did not tell me like this, I never have understood what grave mistake I have been doing.”
