“Before sending you out I want to say something very important! Sex between wife and husband should not be mechanical. It is not just enough offering yourself and remain calm but try to be active while encouraging him. If he fails don’t try to insult him or scold him but cooperate with him to make it up. You just have to allow him to do whatever he wants to do with you. If he wants to touch you wherever he wants just allow him and let him do all the things he wants on your body and do the things on his body he wants and touch his thing also. “I remember it doctor. I just do in the way you said.” Susmitha fully meant what she said when she said that.
“Once again I am saying. The next time itself may not be a success to you both. But I am sure that there is no problem with your husband physically and sooner or later it happens hundred percent between you both. Be confident and optimistic.”
“Alright doctor. I remember this also.” With a smile Susmitha nodded her head.
“Best of luck in your future sexual endeavours. You can go now and meet your husband in the visiting hall if his counselling has already over.” Rose said with a smile.
As soon as Susmitha left Rose’s chamber, another patient entered into it.

Counselling of Pallav has started with Charles almost at the same time Susmitha’s was started with Rose.
“First I need to know your name, your habits and what you are doing; before we go into our main course of discussion. Shall we start?”
When they both were settled comfortably in the chairs facing each another in the chamber of Charles, he asked Pallav.
“My name is Pallav, book reading, watching television, playing chess are my hobbies. I am the manager of a nationalised bank.” Pallav’s answer was prompt and he was feeling homely and comfortable in the presence of Charles.
“If my guessing is not wrong, you are not aged more than twenty eight years.”
“You are right. Twenty seven.” Pallav said with a smile.
“I shall come to the point straight. You are a failure at sex. You cannot do that to your wife and you both are very much dissatisfied because of that.”
“You are absolutely right sir.” Suddenly Pallav’s face was with a pathetic expression. “I never have thought that I would be turned out as a failure like that. If I have foreseen it so, I would not have preferred to marry at all.”
“How long before you both tried it and after that how many times you both tried in between yourselves?”
“We both have married just fifteen days or so back. Fourteen days back, for the first time on one night we both tried it and it was an absolute failure then. And after that we both have tried it together nearly eight or so times but every time it was the same failure.”
“What was the type of failure? Is it is the same every time?”
“Except for the first time, every other time it is just the same.”
“How the first time differed with the rest. Be more specific and explain.”
Pallav’s cheeks were blushed to the maximum as he did not know how to explain that.
“There the lady psychiatrist asks almost the same questions to your wife also. Unless you explain everything in detail, I cannot give you any solution and your problem never will be solved.”Charles leaned back in the chair still looking into the face of Pallav.
“My thing was strongly erected and I was with full of desire and it burst just by the time I was about to put it into her thing. After that I never could make it up again.”
“You get erections of your thing in the normal way at other times?”
“It used to be so to me before that incident. I never faced erection problems and experienced strong erections just by looking at sexy things or thoughts relating to that. “Your assumption is absolutely true.” Pallav also leaned back in the chair. “And the same is so to her also. She too has no experience to her till that moment and she said so to me.”
“I can guess it so far like that.” Charles laughed. “If either of you have experience in that before that day, this problem would not have been occurred at all.”
“But sir....” Charles said “....I don’t think I could do that to any other girl before as I am a failure with my wife so.”
“Alright. Forget that.” Charles nodded his head and stooped forward in the chair and balanced his arms on the table in between them both. “What was her reaction when you were failed so? I mean did she scold you, insult you?”
“She insulted me in the worst way possible.” Now Pallav’s face was with deep pathetic expression. “She called me a eunuch and declared that I cannot do that to her at all. It was her bad luck that she has to marry an incapable person like me. Not just on that day.....” Pallav paused for a second before saying again. “..........her attitude was just like that after every failure of me. In fact she ridiculed me and insulting me saying that I could not do that to her while offering herself to me also. And I think......” he paused once again.
“I want to know what you are thinking.” Charles leaned back in the chair again.
“I deserve that blame. I really spoiled her life by marrying her. If I have foreseen my problem, I would not have married her at all.” The expression in the face of Pallav then was quite genuine.
“Don’t jump to conclusions at all. In the best of my opinion, you are having no problem at all.” Charles paused for a second still observing the face of Pallav. “The first time failure like that is so common to any man who is trying it for the first time. Then subsequent failures were just because of pooled up tension and anxiety in you. You were so much confident that you could do it hundred percent better but when you failed at it like that and she scolded you so, so much of tension and anxiety were developed in you. When you are just with tension and anxiety, erections don’t happen. The failure to getting your thing up not just then but at the other times also is just because of your tension and anxiousness. If you can relieve yourself from them, you sure do have better erections and you can do it to the best experience of you both.”
“I cannot feel confident that I can ever in my life do it so.” Pallav was relaxed on hearing that and his face brightened but he was still feeling fear.
“Just try to remember about your sexual feelings, your erections before that day. For sometime just think you are still singular and not married at all. Read sex books, see romantic scenes and stimulate yourself. I hope you get your erections back.”
Pallav did not say anything but he was listening carefully what Charles was saying.
“Don’t try to do that straight to her. First make an artificial vagina to a pillow. It can be very easily done.” Then Charles opened a video clip on his desktop computer and in it he has shown him how to make a vagina to a pillow. “Then put your thing and discharge yourself. “Thank you, thank you very much sir.” Pallav indeed felt very much happy on hearing that.
“I cannot say that it would be a grand success at the next time itself. But don’t be depressed if you face another failure. Just go on continuing it with confidence and it certainly works out.”
“Alright sir” with the same expression Pallav nodded his head.
“Anyhow how I tell you how you should do from now onwards. Don’t try to do it on this night itself if you cannot feel confident. Systematically remember your past sexual feelings and healthy erections. Stimulate yourself by watching sexual and romantic scenes. Then imagine yourself, for more than one time, your thing is in her and you are doing it perfectly to her. When Pallav met Susmitha in the visitors’ hall, she was indeed a changed personality.
“I am sorry. I am feeling shame thinking how I ridiculed you and insulted you without understanding the situation in full.” This was the first thing she said to him at the first opportunity she has got to talk with him.
“This means you have been brainwashed enough” he laughed. “Just like I have been by that male psychiatrist.”
“I was just made to realise some vital points.” She stopped and looked into the face of him and for the first time after the failure he has seen such an understanding expression in his face. You need not feel tension and you need not feel worry. We are going to have when you feel confident that you can do it. One more thing.....” she paused for a second. “.......however many times you may fail, you need not feel tension. We try, try and try until we get success.”
