That's when Chastity... lunged at me making me fall off the counter onto the floor. I pushed her off of me and into the fridge. She fell and I jumped on top of her and started choking her. She kept digging her nails into my arm so I squeezed her neck harder. That's when someone threw a glass at my back and I got off of Chastity. Her mother Jessie threw it so I ran and tackled her she fell into the stools.
"Alex are they going to be okay", Jamie said running over to her sister.
"Yeah I think so but Chastity might need an ice pack"
Jamie ran over and hugged me.
"Thank you so much for doing this", Jamie whispered in my ear.
That sounds off why would someone be happy that somebody knocked out her sister and niece. I mean I would be mad as hell.
"Need some help taking her to her room"
"Nah I'll get Leon to do it", Jamie and let me go.
"What what we going to eat for dinner"
"I'm going to order pizza plus it's time for us to have our family sleepover", Jamie said
"Do I have to come"
"Yes now go get your covers while I get the boys down here", Jamie said and took out her phone.
Probably texted them all to come down here. I went upstairs and took the covers off of my bed. I got 2 pillows and got my phone. I walked downstairs with the guys walking in front of me. Once we all made it into the living room. I sat down on the floor and placed all my stuff there.
"Hey Alex you can take the couch if you want", Chris said
"No thanks Chris I'm good with the floor"
The someone rang the doorbell and I got up to answer it since everybody acted like they didn't hear it. Sam was at the door in a Pizza Hut uniform holding up 11 boxes of pizza. I wonder why 11 boxes.
"Hey Alex I brought Champ with me", Sam said
"You work at Pizza Hut"
"Actually no the pizza guy in his car and ask me to give you guys the pizza", Sam said
"Where's Champ"
"He's in the car and also because I can't watch him tonight. I have to get my car fixed the a went out", Sam said
"I'll get Champ and Jamie should be coming soon"
I ran to Sam's car and saw Champ in the backseat half asleep. I opened the door and woke him up. He followed me into the house and Sam was walking to the pizza guy's car. I locked the house door and sat next to the couch that Chris is sleeping on.
"Where did you get the dog from", Chris said
"This is my dog Champ you saw him before but I don't think you remember"
"Probably", Chris said eating a pizza slice.
"Here's your pizza and is that dog house trained", Leon said sitting next to Jamie on the couch.
"Thanks and he is house trained"
"What's his name", Jamie said
"Champ now say hi Champ", I said and Champ jumped up.
He shook their hands and Leon gave him a piece of chicken off his pizza. I ate a slice of pizza.
"Good boy", Leon said and rubbed his head.
After eating our boxes of pizza and watching 2 movies. I fell asleep with Champ sleeping on my stomach.
-Alex's Dream-
I woke up and heard screaming coming from downstairs. I got up and ran downstairs to see my mum on the floor with blood. My mum was coughing up blood all over the floor.
"Mum are you okay", I said running to her side
"Call 911 please", my mum said
I got up running to the house phone dialling 911.
"911 please state your emergency", the operator said
I gave the lady our address and described my mum's injuries and she told me that the ambulance was on its way. I hung up the phone and ran back towards my mum.
"Mum they're coming", I said
"Alex I know that I might not make it", my mum said
"Mum don't say that "
"I know I won't live to see you first go to high school cause I did somethings in life that are going to come back on me", mum said coughing and I saw the colourful lights light up the house.
"Mum doesn't talk like that the ambulance is right outside", I said and got I ran to the door to let them in.
Two paramedics surrounded her and put her on a stretcher. My mum held my hand the whole way into the back of the ambulance. Some geizer not wearing a uniform got into the back too.
"Sorry Bella but your life has to end here", the geizer said
"Not in front of my daughter please", my mum said and started crying.
I went to hug her but the geizer pushed me back.
"You're going to want to see this", he said and pulled out a gun.
He pulled the trigger and shot my mum right in her head. Her blood splattered onto me and the geizer. I started crying and held my mum's lifeless body. The man just sat there and laughed.
-End of Alex's Dream-
Suddenly a hand grabbed my shoulder and I reacted reflexively, by grabbing the person by the throat.
"Alex let go", Chris said while hitting my wrist.
I opened my eyes and let him go. Making him fall on the floor next to me coughing as he got air back into his lungs. I sat to see the Jamie and Leon staring at me.
"Alex you okay", Jamie said
"Were you having a bad dream?", Chris said
"Why you say that", I asked
"You were making weird noises in your sleep. Sort of like whimpering and you kept saying 'mum' over and over. Plus your crying", Chris said
I wiped my face and looked around for Champ. He was laying on my legs and looking at me. I reached out to him and he slid forwards instead of getting up. Lazy dog. I rubbed his head while he went bac to sleep.
"Alex are you okay to go to school", Jamie said
"Yeah"
"Well then go get ready", Jamie said
I got up and ran upstairs. I got changed into a blue plaid shirt and some faded jeans. I walked downstairs and put on my shoes. I walked into the living room and gave Champ a pat on the head.
"I'm going now Champ. Sam should be here to come and get you around 3"
"Hey Alex come on before we're late", Xander yelled
"Alright", I said and grabbed my phone off the table.
I ran towards the door and got into the back of the truck. I checked my phone for any missed calls and I had a text from Alexander that said, "We need to talk now."
I looked confused at my phone and dialled his number.
"Alex here"
"We have a problem", Alexander said sounding serious.
"What"
"The person that wanted dirt on you just put out a hit on you", Alexander said
