Tom and I are in the same room, this could be icky. He does look different, and that's why I didn't recognise him at first. Somehow though he looks more grown up even though I am sure that he's still the same boy-ish guitar playing lad he always was. His hair is shorter, and as I glance up quickly I know he's recognised me. I'm sure that I look different too, I can tell this by watching the way his eyes widen.

Due to all of these things it's plausible that Jay may feel worried about my loyalty and me honouring our relationship.
