I turn to face Matthew in bed, the sheets wrapped around his waist, his hair flowing all over his face. Smiling I dare to reach out and stroke his hair back. He grins as my hands stroke him, hands going over his shoulders and jaw.

We spend the morning at cherry tree, together. Not mentioning anything about our behaviour over the last few days. He finds every moment to touch me and hold me close and seizes all of the opportunities.

Helping me into the 4x4, he closes the door behind me and climbs in the drivers side. Starts up, the music coming on which he instantly turns down. He puts the car in reverse and takes us down the long drive to the gates.

"When is Jay back" he asks me after a pause. I realise I haven't even checked my phone. I pull my purse out from under the dash and grab my phone. Unlocking it, reading his message which was sent an hour ago telling me that he is boarding.

He pulls into the hospital lot and finds a space, comes around to my side of the car and helps me out. Matthew holds my hand as we walk through the hospital. Dressed in black Levi's and a dark olive green t-shirt with his leather jacket slung on people look at him. Women eye him up but he holds onto me his hand in mine.

I opted for a cream silk camisole today and a light denim skirt completed with wedge sandals. They make a dull clink on the hospital floor as I walk hand in hand with him.

Ahead I see Olivia, she's hard to miss with her red hair. It's the kind of attribute that sticks out everywhere. Wearing proper scrubs today and crocs she's glances up at us. The pale blue hospital uniform contrasting awfully with her red hair.
