I remove my suit jacket and hang it in the cloakroom where I always used to and follow Olivia out past the marble staircase into the kitchen, rolling my shirt sleeves up as I go.

I gaze at Taylor first; she takes up all of my attention, wearing a cream floor length gown which is strapless. Low at the back, fabric that skims down over her bump and hangs down to the floor. Her skin glowing, with the tan she has acquired from her travels. Hair cascading down her back, and light makeup accompanied by red lips. She's a vision.

Shes wearing a silver gown and where it's nice it's nothing on Taylor's. I glance over at Taylor hugging Olivia. Olivia chose an emerald dress in spite of Rachel's comments about green not being an option. It's long and both high necked and high at the back. She looks sweet.

Jay tops up my whiskey and then Christopher's. Taylor turns the speaker on and hooks up her playlist smiling, I watch her briefly remembering how we cooked in here together. I crave being alone with her, how she would sway to her music and smile over at me.

We all take a seat and I notice that Jay sits at the head of the table. It is his table after all in his house.Taylor sits next to him and I decide to sit opposite her, Olivia to my right. I pour her a glass of wine and she accepts it, I've learned that's how you need to be with her. You don't give choices, you just give her stuff and she either accepts it or she doesn't.
