I cruise the 4x4 down the drive, look over at her in her skirt and stare back out the windshield. The gardens here are quite something, I try to focus on the greenery and not her. She's intoxicating. I hold her hand in mine as we walk up to the double front door. My head tells me that there's enough cameras surrounding this property to catch at least one of our little moments together. And I imagine Jay looking through the recordings to catch a glimpse of me charming his wife. The risk of it pulls me in as I unlock the front door and she follows me through the hall. I drop the bags on the floor and take her hand, guiding her up the stairs.
